- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your initial consultation to fill out a registration form as well as a brief health appraisal form. This will allow us to gain a better insight into your health whilst saving you valuable time during the consultation.
- Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, otherwise a 50% fee will still occur
- If you are held back, please understand that we cannot hold up our other patients. With such long consultations we do try to keep delays to a minimum.
