If you have never been to a Naturopath or an Alternative Medicine practitioner, you may like to read this first. This will give you an idea of what to expect.

• We are appointment only. Please remember that consultations are fairly long and thorough so we can't schedule for "walk ins".
• Try to come 15 minutes earlier for your initial consultation, as there is some registration paperwork and a short health appraisal that will help guide the consultation.
• For information regarding our location go to Contact Us - there is a handy map with a link that will give you detailed directions from wherever you are.
• How many treatments are needed? Well, that depends on your reason for appointment. If it's a massage, then this can be a stand alone treatment. If you wish to lose weight or manage a condition then this will vary.
• Initial consultations are $70.00 for 90 minutes (less for seniors and children under 18) and will include one or more of the following diagnostic procedures: systems review, wellness scan, iridology and urinary indican testing. Other diagnostic procedures may be ordered depending on your condition.
• Follow up consultations are $50 for 45 minutes (less for seniors and children under 18) and are designed to re evaluate the progress of your health and make any necessary changes.
• Consultation fees only may be covered by private health insurance (for example, Medibank Private) depending on your insurance company and your level of cover. For more information please contact your insurance company. We do not direct bill, instead, we will print out a receipt that you are able to take to your insurance company for claims.
• Please give at least 24 hours for a cancellation. Otherwise a 50% late fee may be applicable.
• If you think it is relevant, please bring a list of current medications, supplements, recent blood tests or other diagnostic reports with you to the consultation.

After your consultation please consider giving us your feedback.  This will allow us to improve our service to you.  Feedback forms will be given out at the end of the consultation and can be completed at the time, or may be completed at your convenience.  Alternatively, they can be downloaded here and then emailed back.
