Organisation Bodies

Association or Organisation bodies are important, especially in Australia as Naturopaths and other Alternative Healthcare Practitioners are not "registered" and thus there is a lot of confusion regarding "standard practice" . When you do go to a practitioner, just check if they are a member of one or more of the following organisations. If they are, then you know that your best interests are being served as they must continually update their skills and abide by a Code of Conduct.

Colleges and Education

If you are interested in learning how to become a Naturopath, Homeopath, Massage Therapist or Herbalist then you may like to have a look at the following sites. There are a number of study options now available such as distance education and there are also degree pathways through recognised universities such as Charles Sturt University.
